About Dover Housing Authority

Originally formed by the Dover City Council in March 1948, the Dover Housing Authority (DHA) was tasked with constructing homes for low-income families, with a preference toward families of returning World War II veterans.

Dover Housing Authority provides high quality, income-based housing for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and families, in safe, friendly neighborhoods where residents can work, grow, and thrive.
