Constructed in 1997, Addison Place Apartments is a 45-unit complex of affordable housing that includes two- and three-bedroom units. Addison Place is regulated by the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. We welcome both families with limited incomes and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) holders. There are thirty-seven 3-bedroom units and six 2-bedroom units.

Addison provides quality, affordable rents for families in two ways:

1. For qualifying families without assistance rents are kept lower than market rents.
2. For families that have HCV assistance, rent is kept below the HCV payment standards.

The smoke-free property includes a laundry facility on-site, dumpsters for tenant use, and parking. With access to public transportation and within walking distance of Downtown Dover, Whittier Falls Housing provides easy access to all Dover has to offer.
